Why isn't my Instagram updating on its own?
Instagram shares follower counts only for business and creator accounts. Switch in Instagram: Settings, Account type and tools, Switch to professional account. It's free, and Fanfigure picks it up next time you open the app. Until then, type the number in and update it whenever you like.
Why do I have to sign in to TikTok?
TikTok only shares a follower count with the account's owner. You sign in on TikTok's own page; Fanfigure never sees your password and only reads your public stats.
Why are some numbers typed in?
Some platforms have no official way to read a follower count, and we only use official APIs. Type today's number, or update it from a screenshot, and Fanfigure charts the growth the same way. Accounts with a blue dot update by themselves.
What does the tick on my media kit mean?
That number was read from the platform's official API in the last day. Typed-in numbers have no tick, so brands know exactly what they're looking at.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Keep iCloud on. Install Fanfigure on the new phone and your accounts and history come back by themselves. Accounts you signed in to, like TikTok, ask you to sign in once more.
How do I delete everything?
In the app: Settings, Delete everything. It removes all accounts and history from your phone and iCloud. Removing one account deletes its history and its sign-in.
