Fanfigure shows creators their follower counts across platforms. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain words.

What stays on your phone

The accounts you add, your follower history and your media kit details are stored on your device and in your own iCloud (if iCloud is on). We don't have a copy.

What passes through our server

To read a follower count from a platform's official API, the app sends the username (or, for platforms you sign in to, a sign-in token) to our server, which asks the platform and returns the count. Public counts are kept in the server's memory for up to ten minutes, so repeat requests don't hit the platform again; nothing is written to disk. We don't store tokens, and we don't log usernames, counts or tokens beyond short-lived technical logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel).

The waitlist

If you join the beta waitlist on this website, we store your email address and the time you signed up, privately with our hosting provider (Vercel). We use it only to tell you when a spot opens, never for anything else, and we don't share it. Email balliq.app.dev@gmail.com and we'll delete it.

Signing in with a platform

Some platforms, like TikTok, only share follower counts after you sign in with them. When you do, we ask only for permission to read your basic profile and public stats (for TikTok: user.info.basic, user.info.profile and user.info.stats). We never see your password and never post on your behalf. To disconnect, remove the account in the app, which deletes its sign-in token, or revoke Fanfigure's access in the platform's own settings.

What we don't do

No ads, no selling or sharing data, no tracking across other apps, no analytics on your behaviour in the app.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete everything removes all accounts and history from your phone and iCloud. Removing an account deletes its history and, for platforms you signed in to, its sign-in token.
